If not, perhaps is time to start thinking about adding layers of happiness into your routine?
Sometimes we think that certains activities are to far to be reached. But that are only mental barriers, or our internal predator limiting the possibilities to live a more healthy and grounded life.
Workout the agenda, take away heavy thoughts about impossibilities and find something pleasurable to do with your body. Dance, run, cycling, climb, swim, hike, or whatever activity gives you pleasure, and enjoy your time.
